Booking your holiday accommodation at Peninsula Ski Lodge is easy.
All reservations, both winter and summer, are made through the
Booking Officer.

• WINTER BOOKINGS are accepted by the Booking Officer on or after
12 noon on April 1st each year. Contact the Booking Officer between 12noon and 7pm to make an enquiry.
When you call please be prepared with the required dates and the
number of guests, adults and children, that you wish to book in.
Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Money Order and Direct Credit are accepted.

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING CONDITIONS Accommodation confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit within 7 days of
booking.
Balance due within 4 weeks of initial booking.
PLEASE NOTE Room allocation must be adhered to.
Smoking is not permitted within the lodge.
“NO SNOW GUARANTEE” as per the Mt Hotham Skiing Company.
If there are fewer than 3 lifts operating 2 days before commencement of holiday, 100% refund of accommodation applies.
BOOKING CHANGES For bookings cancelled with more than 21 days notice, a refund will be given, less our cancellation fee of 10% of the cancelled booking.
After this deadline, if the booking officer can resell the booking, a refund will be given, less our cancellation fee of 10% of the cancelled booking.
If the booking officer is unable to resell the booking, no refunds can be given.
Any changes to dates booked will also incur a 10% fee.
